Our mission is to provide them with current access to up-to-date court rulings that may help them get relief from draconian sentences. I had an inmate contact me today who was serving a 110-year sentence for 924(c) violations. The FSA enacted by Trump should have gotten him relief, but the courts refused to allow him in. Many other courts have ruled that those with stacked 924(c) sentences should be resentenced. The laws and court opinions change daily and inmates need access to those changes. Help us help them.
