A portion of our basement 1 car park @ Blk A to D has been taken over for conversion to build a food & beverage outlet (a members-only whiskey bar) without any consultation or notification to Owners, Residents and Tenants. This conversion was not even on the agenda of the Plaza Damas management corporation’s AGM.

We would like Malaysia Land Properties Sdn. Bhd., Target Term Sdn. Bhd., and any other parties involved to officially explain to us and furnish us with the official documents warranting this conversion. 

With this loss of car park space, Owners, Residents, Clients and Customers have to find alternative bays that are not close to the units they need to access. Further, we are losing the *direct access to car park* promised in the sales brochure of Plaza Damas Phase 1 that owners relied on and based their purchases on.
