We want justice!!! 
We need your help seeking justice for my family and I. 
My family and I have been trying to get justice for the last year while battling harassment against my ex best friend and all friend and family on multiple occasions. Charges were pressed with no arrests made. 
On November 19th 2020 at approximately 1pm I received calls and messages from stating that was going to pull up to where I was and to come outside. At about 3pm that same day and cousins fiancé () pulled up to my cousin Ashley Prosser’s home on where children were present at the time. Ashley was in bed with her husband and children when started laying on horn while screaming “come outside bi***  it’s and ()” Ashley walks out of her home they began having words back and forth when Ashley’s stats “nah I’m not fixing to get jumped” words began again where Ashley stopped it stating “ If your here to fight do something or be gone I have things to do” kept with the yelling  so Ashley turned to walked away  when she hears spit directly at her. So Ashley turned around and hit, she began to get the best of so jumped in and started swinging on Ashley from behind  until Ashley’s husband ran outside and pushed away all while oldest daughter willow  was screaming at the screen (2 year old at the time) they lefted and ran to cops saying Ashley assaulted them. Message and threats were still received from but we just went on about our business. 
On March 14th 2021 I was walking down Lucerne ave in the town  of Dos palos when I recognized a voice coming from behind me where I was met by and in blue Saturn.  screamed “get outta my hood bi***” and proceeded to get out of vehicle and in my face where I told to get outta my face and hit me. We started to go at it when I pulled to the ground with me while my hair was in hands. I began get the best of Brianna regardless of her being on top of me. I then heard Brianna yell “don’t let hit me” followed by footsteps coming up on the side of me. I turned my head to look and began to stomp my head into the concrete a total of 3 times before witnesses from around the area started yelling at them. They both then  got away from me and took off in blue. I called the police and the dos palos police department  made a report where I was made out  to be the aggressor. No arrests were made no questions were asked. No job was done! 
  On April 4th 2021 we were in Dos palos for our traditional Easter get together when my mother Gail Ballard, my cousin Coty and myself left to the store to get some last minute things. On the way back to my aunt heathers  my mother Gail spotted and at the ATM across the street from the dos palos police department. had Coty stop his car to confront them about jumping me.My mother Gail got out of the vehicle and start to confront them about the situation  then  tried to hit her with a loaned vehicle so Gail grabbed a tiny wooden back and smacked the hood of the car in hope could stop instead  () and his friend (unnamed) pulled out 2 CO2 air soft Bebe gun and emptied 2 clips on her. Leaving beebee marks on not only  her finger but both arms and under arm. The most severe was the beebee lodged in her head that we had to remove ourselves  because the cops then did nothing to protect my family AGAIN. Therefore my mother Gail was not comfortable riding with an ambulance or police. When we got home we then had to remove the beebee from her head with a magnet. We have pictures and prove of all of this and the Dos Palos police department did nothing then and still does  nothing. ITS  PATHETIC ITS  YOUR JOB TO PROTECT AND SERVE YOUR COMMUMNITY AND YOU  DO NOTHING! DO YOUR JOB!
