Home group have been failing their tenants by allowing repairs to go undone in some cases for years. They fail in duty of care to their tenants leaving them in dangerous situations. We would like for them to be investigated as a housing charity that allows people to live in houses that are in bad disrepair. They charge service fees to most tenants and yet the services aren’t being provided, those that are provided don’t amount to what is being charged. It is time that as tenants we stand up and demand change!
