Every rapist should be first fined with half of the total wealth and income. Meaning that half of the total wealth as of date now and all future income would be of the accusee ,( the girl) immediately.

This should be done so that the accusee ( girl) has the money to fight for justice with the person or persons with equal might. In cases where the number of rapist are more than one same should be applied to all the rapist.

His residence should be specially marked that explains the fact of he being a accused. He should be left open in society with special marking at his residence and office. Doing this will not allow him to move in society freely with same goodwill as before the incident.

Once the family looses half of all the hard earned money, wealth the family would be the first teacher. Once this is done on the existing cases against all rapists ,no further rapist our society will give birth to. 

Law , lawyer , police judges are powerful but not equal to society. Once this is done that as soon as a girl shoots a complaint against a person or group of people half of the Hard earned wealth and money would be transferred to the girls account , the difference will be evitable.

The girl should be immediately given government jobs.
