My landlord bill aka Rowell management on 6439 Paschall ave Philadelphia pa 19142, have send out various letters to tenets Saying they have to vacate the property by June 1, he is a very bad landlord and is coming for everybody homes and can’t put nobody out cuz the paperwork  didn’t come for down town and he refuses to let us talk to whoever he sold the houses too. He was alease suppose to tell us ahead of time and gave us more time to find a place I’m 8 months pregnant with 3 kids and have been outta work due to the coronavirus. I also sat in my house for 5 days with no electric and come to find out my electric was bad and could’ve start a fire. He don’t fix any of his properties the right way nor do he come out and check on the house or ever been in one that he owns and have crackheads coming in our homes calling themselves fix up our houses but making worst for us all. we are in Southwest philly and we need ppl help to shut him down he’s renting out cars illegal and getting them repo and tryin to make tenants pay for it. He over charging ppl and his secretary has stolen ppl rent money from him, it just a mess ppl house are falling apart and he is to cheap to fix them up the right way! we need help it ain’t easy for us to just to get up and move with everything going on right now, if We all have known he was tryin to put us all out,  a lot of us could be saving money to move. u can’t just put people out of there house and not give them enuff time or have the right paperwork!!! We hope this reaches to somebody who can help us all
