Brenna Woods is an early elementary teacher in Billerica, MA.  During the course of her duties she has used age appropriate methodologies to teach her young students about equality and equity including teaching about racism and the impacts of racism - in a way that is understandable and meaningful for young children.  Her teaching content is inline with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks History and Social Science Guidelines. 

Ms. Woods is being unjustly attacked in the press and on social media for her work.  She is being bullied, harassed and threatened.  This includes by the Billerica representative to the Massachusetts House of Representatives.  Teachers deserve better.
