I want the Philippine history back to Junior highs school and senior high school. We all know that as a countryman we should know the history of our country. It is a big help and will give a many idwas/knowledge regarding on what our country is facing before we exist until now. And it is also a big help for us not to repeat the misfake of yesterday.

History is fundamental in a country's national development towards order and progress. It can direct the people's identity, character and philosophy not only in nation building for patriotism, unity and peace but also find application in the social transformation of our culture, arts and sciences. Education is Key determinant for all human beings and our planet's sustainability and History is its foundation stone. We must not forget the lessons of the past if we are to meaningfully contribute to the present cooperatively and attain our individual and collective destinies, as well as our shared future. Thus, I sign this most significant petition. Thank you.

I'm signing because I think nowadays many students doesn't even care about our history. So I think it is best for us students to bring back the Philippine History, so we can get more information about what happened before......

Philippine History is one of the most important subjects to be learned in our educational system. How can you teach patriotism if the students don't know anything about their country, especially the critical period being revised just to exonerate the government officials who pillaged our country. All the students should know about this.

We are Filipinos and learning about our history is incredibly important, studying history allows us to observe and understand how people and societies behaved. For example, we are able to evaluate war, even when a nation is at peace, by looking back at previous events. History provides us with the data that is used to create laws, or theories about various aspects of society.
