We have a serious homeless issue in the Lewiston area. There's a lack of resources and hundreds of people suffering because of it. This issue has been brought in front of the city council numerous of times and under different Mayor's as well. Theres been little to no progress made throughout the years and now once again we're at a stand still because they are proposing a moratorium. 

Please sign this petition saying no to this moratorium. I thank you all for your interest and concerns in advance. This petition can only be signed by Maine residents who are registered to vote.
