We, the homeowners/Tenants of Carolina Village, petition Carolina Village to repair every pothole in the neighborhood.

Currently, there are over 100 potholes in the community despite numerous residents' complaints over the past 20 years. These potholes, that Carolina Village Managers and Owners have informed us would be fixed are constantly forcing homeowners and their guests to purchase vehicle alignments and new tires despite the monthly fee that is in place to ensure a well-kept neighborhood. 

The onus is on the Owners, Our rent has been increased every year for the past 15 years with promises to improve the roads and water system with no improvements at all. 

Although Carolina Village has stated that they would handle the road repairs, seemingly admitting to their part in this, they have failed to provide a true timeline. Therefore, we demand that EVERY pothole is repaired by June 7th, (60 Days) 2022 or further action will be taken.
