This change will definitely impact the work force. More people will be able to substitute teach. We will obtain the best substitute teachers. Many good substitute teachers need benefits to continue working, since it is the law that everyone have benefits. It's required at tax time to provide the name of your health insurance company. As a substitute I see good substitute teachers impact the lives of students. Unfortunately the best substitute teachers quit because of the law.
