We have vast oceans on our coasts.

You Probably Don't Know This....
Drill 200ft down and you'll hit water - EVERY TIME! This is very basic knowledge -it's called ground water. Why aren't we drilling? If desalinization
 plants are too expensive - a never-ending well that's tapped into an aquifer is only $20,000. 

I live in Los Angeles, CA - San Gabriel, CA to be exact. There's no shortage of cement washes here that take the rain water and send it to the ocean. What we are lacking is a system that actually holds onto collected rain water and uses it at later times. It's actually ridiculous. Here's an idea - how about we save some of that water. Call me crazy!

If any of this is an insane idea or unmanageable - there are vast oceans right up in Lower Earth Orbit less than 60 miles away. Imagine that; we are literally surrounded by water. The ONLY thing we're lacking is....nothing! Now stop making excuses and go get the F***. water - it's right under your feet or in the ocean.
