We need effective transparent procedures for storing mobility devices on flights in Canada

People with disabilities deserve to be able to travel without fear that the devices they depend upon for mobility and independence will be damaged. When a wheelchair is damaged, a disabled person's freedom to go where they need or wish to go may be hampered for many weeks or even months until an appropriate replacement can be secured.
