Mental Illness Councilors for schools in England

We want to have mental illness counselors in schools, as sometimes teachers can't sort it out. Students can have the confidence to go to their councilor if they are being bullied, or have anything they want to explain that might hint of an illness. For instance, if someone is being bullied, they may think about self harm, perhaps even suicide. This is why it would be good to have a councilor, as they can go to them. Scarlett and Tia (credit for this whole thing goes to them) have come up with numerous ideas of how to get this issue out there in the country. We are hoping to do fundraisers, and the money will be donated to mental health charity's.
