As a parent to both a male and female children I find the advertisement very offensive, in very poor taste and as a parent it seems it is an attempt to undermine the excellent most West Indian parents do to raise our boys and girls.
I shudder to think what your next ad campaign might condone..."its OK if they're underaged just go ahead" I'm just asking because if we don't put a stop to it now who knows? Please do us and our community a huge favour and remove your distgusting opportunity taste in advertising.
Yours truly,
Peter A. Frederick.

The advertisement is an encouragement to young men to use alcohol to take advantage of their date. On behalf of all women I say: "That is a disgusting advertising ploy."

Clearly appealing to young men that the way to change a girl's mind about them is to get her drunk. Misogynistic. Extremely offensive!

Alcohol destroys your brain, in Trinidad a lot of car accidents are alcohol related. This ad is suggesting that women want to be seduced with alcohol. Trinidad's population has a serious drugs problem, promoting alcohol doesn't make it better.

As a communications professional with over 20 years' award winning advertising experience, it horrifies me that in this day and age this is what passes for creativity. But I guess it is completely indicative of the low that my society has sunk to. Thank you Mr Wong and Angostura for confirming I live in a failing state.

With all the hard work being done to prevent incidences of rape and violence against women, this ad takes humanity back 100 years. Not the image that Trinidad needs to portray to the world.

The ad appears to promote Violence against Women!
