WE, THE STUDENTS  OF WEST BENGAL, STUDYING IN DIFFERENT COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES UNDER Â COMPELLING CIRCUMSTANCES REQUEST TO THE HONOURABLE CHIEF MINISTER, THE HONOURABLE EDUCATION MINISTER, AND THE RESPECTIVE VICE-CHANCELLORS OF ALL THE UNIVERSITIES THAT  WE REQUEST YOU TO CONDUCT ALL EVEN SEM EXAM 2022 IN ONLINE OR BLENDED MODE ONLY. WE ARE HEREBY HIGHLIGHTING SOME IMPORTANT CLIPPINGS WHICH ARE GIVEN IN SERIATIM:-

 

1)i) 4TH  WAVE MAY TOUCH ITS PEAK IN THE MONTH JUNE JULY 22 CLAIMED BY THE SCIENTIST.

 

2)IN MOST OF THE COLLEGE CLASSES ARE NOT TAKEN REGULARLY. IT IS A FALSE CLAIM TO COMPLETE SUCH A HUGE SYLLABUS IN SUCH A SHORT SPAN OF  2-3 MONTHS ONLY.

 

3)ALTHOUGH THE COLLEGES ARE OPEN MANY OF THE HOSTELS DIDN'T OPEN AND STUDENTS ARE FORCED TO CONTINUE CLASS Â FROM THEIR HOMES.

 

4)COVID CASES RISE BY 90 % IN THE PAST FEW DAYS.

 

5) NEW COVID Â XE-VARIANT HAS APPEARED WHICH MOST TRANSMISSIBLE THAN THE PREVIOUS VARIANTS.

 

6)IT IS A REALITY THAT THE LOCKDOWN HAS RUINED OUR HABITS IT TAKES TIME TO COME BACK TO THE ORIGINAL TRACK.

 

7) SOME UNIVERSITIES ARE TAKING EVEN SEM EXAM 2022 IN ONLINE MODE AND SOME IN OFFLINE MODE. SOME UNIVERSITIES HAVE GIVEN CHOICES TO THE STUDENTS TO CHOOSE BETWEEN ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

 

8)MANY OF THE FINAL YEAR STUDENTS GOT PLACEMENTS AND JOIN WITH THEIR INTERNSHIPS SO THEY ARE NOT GETTING TIME TO ATTEND THE COLLEGE.

 

9)As UGC has not stated any exam guidelines so we expect from you as you are always with us as a Parents.

 10)West Bengal Govt Announced Summer Vacation From 2nd May to 15th June . So Students will get lesser time to study in Offline mode . Also many universities wanted to take exam in May which is not possible too . So take online exam .                                                                  11) Advisory of higher education department, All universities choose own decision what mode of examination depanding on this situation .

We the UNDERSIGNED STUDENTS OF Under Graduate and Post Graduate, Diploma Students of all West Bengal Universities, Colleges, and Private and Autonomous Colleges want our Undergraduate and Post Graduate EVEN Semester Examinations 2022 in Online Mode.
