We are calling for Edward Prisby's resignation from the Grafton Affordable Housing Trust, effective immediately. 

Mr. Prisby continually disparages his peers and constituents on social media and during AHT meetings. His personal agenda does not include affordable housing for seniors, and recently in a public Twitter post about the elderly and housing, he says "cheer up, they'll be dead soon" implying their housing needs and opinions mean nothing to him. A letter from a concerned resident was read at the May 31st selectboard meeting during public correspondence. It echoed concerns many people have in town about Mr. Prisby's membership on the AHT. Selectboard member Ray Mead called for Mr. Prisby's resignation upon reading the letter and we strongly agree this is the right step to take.

In addition, Mr. Prisby should be barred from serving on any town board or committee for 3 years.
