We as tenants/homeowners of Tai Calon are petitioning Tai Calon for better maintenance of your Green areas surrounding our homes. The current schedule of works that Tai Calon have in place are leaving our areas looking unkempt and it is affecting the well being of your tenants. Tenants/homeowners and their representatives are constantly contacting Tai Calon to find out when their areas will have grass cutting, as Tai Calon allows it to grow a few feet tall prior to cutting it, this is also encouraging littering in these areas, and this is unacceptable. Then upon cutting, the grass is left on the ground which also leaves the area looking messy, residents are left to clean the mess up that has been made by Tai Calon, which is extremely hard especially for pensioners and the disabled.
We as tenants of Tai Calon and homeowner of homes surrounded by Tai Calon land, demand that you (Tai Calon) increases the schedule of grass cutting, tree and shrub maintenance, which will help our green areas look more presentable, will allow children to play on the green spaces, will allow us to walk on pathways in our estate without hazards of grass and bramble especially for those with visual impairment, will help to discourage littering and most importantly, improve the well being of your tenants, as we are all so frustrated, and depressed by the unkempt Tai Calon land surrounding our homes.
