The brave people of Ukraine, under the inspired leadership of Volodymyr Zelensky, are mounting  a heroic  resistance to their Russian invaders.  But Ukrainian forces,  vastly outnumbered, cannot hold out indefinitely.  They badly need our help.  It is a matter of life and death.

We therefore call upon U.S. President Joseph Biden to immediately order a limited contingent of  American troops into Ukraine.  We believe that doing so will inspire other nations to do likewise.

It has been feared that such an action might trigger a nuclear conflict. We do not believe this. Putin knows full-well that an act of nuclear aggression will inspire a response sire to wipe Russia off the map..  We believe that  the presence of American troops  will instigate negotiations and bring about a rresolution by which they and other troops can eventually be withdrawn and replaced by a monitoring force of the United Nations, to be permanently stationed on the border between Ukraine and Russia.
