I am brought here today because it seems that there are more and more police based murders on black men and people of color. It seems to me that there needs to be an advancement in police training and policies put in place so that all citizens can feel safe and trust in their local police department. 
For example:

• Quality background checks. 
• Social media checks. 
• Mental health checks. 
• Improved sensitivity training. 
• Situational shooting leadership.  
• Incorporating race and diversity, sociology, and psychology classes to be obtained when training to be a police officer. 

This has gone too far people need to feel protected!!
