Goldsboro High School Principal, Mr. Horne has "resigned" from his position. "From day one he cared, and it was in his actions. He listened to the voice of those who matter the most “the students”, his staff and his parents/community..it wasn’t just a job for “those” children, he fought effortlessly and effectively to change the narrative EVERYDAY. This now makes Principal #5 in 5 years. Yet you have the schools best interest at heart. Clearly that’s not the truth. He has done so much in the short year that he’s been there. While those of us who knew what he stood for boldly applaud him, thank him for holding his ground, and enriching the lives of every student he has touched through his very short tenture.
