PLEASE STOP THE JUDGE FROM SENDING MY SON BACK TO HIS ABUSER.

The judge presiding over my son's juvenile case, Judge Cylenthia LaToye Miller, is attempting to go against the Custody judge's order to not allow any of the children to reside with or have contact with the biological mother.  This judge also continues to extend the child's sentence until his biological mother is finished with psychological evaluation, home assessments, among other things, that have not been started, and the judge just continues to order them. Nothing is being done about the fact that she is not complying with court orders. The biological mother has a history of being violent with the children, and has documented child abuse charges, prostitution and pandering charges, 3 OWI charges.  This is an unsafe situation for the children to  be in her care, or the first judge wouldn't have taken them from her.  I am asking for your help to bring my son home after his time is served and not to allow him to go to the  biological mother.  Judge Kathleen McCarthy granted me sole legal and physical custody of the children  in August 2017 due to the abuse charges on the biological mother.  I feel like sending  him to live with her would be gross negligence on the judicial system and could ultimately send him into a downward spiral.  The  child has expressed to myself and my wife that he wants to live with us.  As long as he has communication with myself and my wife regularly he strives to do his best to be able to come home. There is documentation of the child attempting suicide and escaping the juvenile housing facility within hours of speaking to her.  The child has stated before incarceration that if he was told he must return to her, or have contact with her, that he will not only attempt, but be successful, at killing the biological mother.
