I'm singing because the census provides information that government needs to develop and implement evidence-based policies to plan and run public services, and allocate funding in such a way that they keep pace with fast-changing patterns of modern life.

Only 3rd world countrys fail their people by not planning for the future. Are we becoming a 3rd world country? The full Census allows us to plan for our future. Voluntary surveys provide us bad data which cannot be used with past census data.
