Petition to close Bondi Beach Public Carpark on weekends as a preventative measure against community transmission of Covid-19.

Access to the beach and public areas unrestricted but closing the carpark will help thin the crowds.

Worldwide community based actions have proven more effective than Health Dept guidelines. Data based analysis is retrospective. 

Not to be taken as a 'sovereign' border issue, the closure would simply a temporary facilitatory measure.
