In the past years at Waubonsie Valley High School, juniors and seniors were allowed to have off-campus lunch. This year juniors are not allowed to go off campus during lunch. This is not fair to the juniors since in the past, all juniors were allowed to leave. If juniors get off-campus lunch this will help the community at Waubonsie because there will be less people in the building at once. This impacts juniors because they get a chance to take a break from the normal routine of being in school. It can clear their mind and help them be ready for the rest of the day. It also helps school funding because they are not eating the school lunch, but they are going out to eat lunch. It helps them get a sense of freedom and responsibility for 45 minutes.
