Khalid Nour started this petition to Prosecutor Of the ICC The International Criminal Court and

The IInternational Criminal Court to Investigate

1/ Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo AKA Hamedi

Vice chair of the the military council in Sudan

Omar Hussan Al Bashir, Former President of  Sudan, Salah Abdallah GOSH, intelligent chief, Ali Osman Taha former Vice President and others for Crimes Against Humanity during recent uprising in Sudan

And here are some of the evidence of the crime committed by the TMC

While countries are sovereign and entitled to create and enforce their own laws, the international community has the right and responsibility to stand up and say no when a nation’s leader allows the everyday occurrence of crimes against humanity, No person should ever be entitled to allow the slaughter of innocent life, torture, the destruction of basic human rights, and the disregard of decency - and anyone who does should be held fully accountable. Any individual has the entitlement to communicate information on any alleged crime to the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) of the International Criminal Court, and the purpose of this petition is to show that more than a single individual believes that this institution has a humanitarian responsibility to step in and investigate and to hold to accountable the current President of Sudan.

You do not have to be a citizen of SUDAN in order to request that the OTP investigate crimes against humanity committed by OMAR EL BASHIR Under the rules of the ICC, any individual, group or organization has the right to request to the OTP that they investigate an alleged crime. When you sign this petition, the following email will automatically be sent to the OTP;

Dear Office of the Prosecutor,

As a citizen of the world and a human, the signers of this petition hereby demand that the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC undertakes their responsibility in accordance with international law, to investigate fully the following people:

Omar Hussan El Bashir, President of Sudan

Salah Abdallah (aka GOSH), current director of the Sudanese intelligence

Mohamed Atta Abbas Al-Moula (Former Sudanese intelligence Chief and current ambassador of Sudan in the US)

Ali Osman Mohammed Taha (former Vice President)

And other perpetrators and militiamen for crimes against humanity since the start of the recent uprising in December 19th, 2018 and during the previous uprising in September 2013.

Amnesty International has credible reports that over 52 protesters have been shot dead by the security forces, 37 of them in the first five days of anti-government demonstrations that have rocked the country since December 19, 2018 and more than 200 killed in previous demonstrations in Sudan protests in 2013, the fact that the security forces are using lethal force so indiscriminately against unarmed protesters is extremely troubling,” said Sarah Jackson, Amnesty International’s deputy director for East Africa, the Great Lakes and the Horn.

During these two uprising president Bashir and his security apparatuses committed crimes such as murder of at least 52 people, mostly students, doctors and teachers, imprisonment of over 3500 people, enforced disappearances, torture including but not limited to sexual torture such as anal torture with unknown objects (at least 2 cases are documented) and dehumanization against peaceful demonstrators.

Bashir’s frequent failure to acknowledge Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights) His disregard for Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment); and his frequent comments which cause and encourage additional crimes by his security forces

In addition, it is furthermore demanded by the signers of this petition, that the OTP ensures that junior officers, undercover security agents and militia men directed by the three mentioned above people are all formally investigated and all individuals responsible are held to account and prosecuted in accordance with international law where this has jurisdiction over Sudan law.

Yours Sincerely,
