Benjamin Sleight started this petition to Warren Buffet and

Warren Buffet, CEO and Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, still plans to host the annual shareholders' meeting in May (1), despite the spread of the COVID-19 Disease, commonly called the Coronavirus.

This meeting will bring 40,000 visitors from around the world to Omaha, Nebraska. This could lead to an increase in risk in transmission of the disease.

While Mr. Buffet and his businesses have often been a source of joy, community, and economic growth for Omaha, continuing with this meeting unnecessarily dangerous.

Please sign the petition and call on Mr. Buffet to cancel the meeting and address his shareholders electronically.

Additionally, please call on Governor Pete Ricketts, Mayor Jean Stothert, State Senator Tony Vargas, and City Councilman Pete Festersen to support this effort.
