My name is Dee and I'm a action figure collector. Recently, Warner Brothers/Warner Media has omitted all weapon (guns) accessories from DC Comics products.

The problem with this is that us (action figure collectors) are buying action figures of characters without their appropriate accessories that they are shown to have in popular media (Comics, Video Games, Movies, Tv Shows, Etc.).

I understand that due to recent events like gun violence and mass shootings, you don't want to have products (action figures/toys) come with them but in doing so, you are making the adult collectors that collect action figures, the ones that buy the more adult oriented collectible lines like DC Multiverse from Mcfarlane Toys or S.H. FiguArts from Tamashii Nations or the 1/6 scale collectibles from Hot Toys be stuck with collectibles that are missing appropriate accessories that characters are shown to have.

Omitting these things from toys or action figures isn't gonna make violence in society go away. It's society that creates violence. even the Joker movie showed that. Plus, there's plenty of other ways someone can kill another person. Are you gonna omit knives or grenades or swords? It especially doesn't make sense to remove these because people (and kids) still watch media that have weapons depicted.

It shouldn't be the companies that make products or entertainment jobs to parent other peoples children. The same thing was done awhile ago with video games; even when the games were clearly targeted to a older audience. All you would have to do is put on the packaging is, *for ages 17&up* like Neca Toys puts on their items that are intended for older collectors.
