El Progetto M40 Mod. 65 necesita recuperar sus antiguas stats, no es un tanque OP.
Si quisiera usarlo en modo autocargador, comparado con el BC 25t, este recarga 40s y pega mucho más y el Progetto carga mas o menos 50 segundos todo el clip.
Si quisiera usarlo en modo tiro simple, El STB-1 pega 360 y recarga en 5.5s y el Progetto carga 9.3s para hacer el mismo daño.
Es un nerfeo INDEBIDO.

The Progetto M40 Mod. 65 needs to recover its old stats, it is not an OP tank.
If you wanted to use it in autoloader mode, compared to the BC 25t (5x390), it recharges in 40 seconds and does more dmg than the Progetto. The Progetto loads the entire clip in 50 seconds. (4x360)
If you wanted to use it in single shot mode, the STB-1 hits 360 and reloads in 5.5s and the Progetto loads 9.3s to do the same dmg.
It is an IMPROPER nerf.
