As the Ward Base Youth Forum we have witnessed loss of life's amongst our youth group and family members because of drugs and alcohol abuse, everyday there's a case of theft from villages because of scrapyards that purchases stolen goods from these boys and they can't even trace them because they just trade without any proof of ownership.

We urge people to sign this petition so that it can mandate our tribal authorities to come up with a plan on how to deal with the matter of this metal scrapyards for we cannot afford to lose our belongings anymore and we would like our police station to assist us in rasing awareness with regard to crime prevention and what to do when we get our belongings in scrapyards, as we will be waiting for tribal authority office to come up with a decision-making for the scrapyards.

It is upon us as people of Dennilton to work hand in hand with relevant crime prevention units to prevent crime and the loss of life's amongst our brothers and sisters, we must report and make sure perpetrators remain behind bars until they serve their required years of sentence and we plea for a neighbour watch platform which will assist us in working together as the community and make sure that our community policing forum work is at ease as they continue to assist our police in reporting crime.
