My son take the CTPlus (waltham forest) bus to school and back and has done for nearly 5 years and every year the service gets worst, the staff is mostly nice but you get the rude ones with no uniform and using phones and unhelpful towards the children and the staff in the office that never helps everything is to be written and emailed and when this happens the parents are in the wrong and staff right. They have been late more than 30 min and they have not text or communicate this so parents stand and wait for however long. This week the time for collecting has change and the route i received no update i received a called from the driver who told me the time had Changed i had to run with my son to the pick up point 8 min or more depends on my son to get him on his bus as i received no information regarding new pick up. Every time i voice my frustration and upset by things that can be simple improved im told im shouting and brushed off and told to email which then gets brushed off cause ctplus is always right and parents wrong. Some of our childrens pick up points are far away from our homes we complain and nothing is done. If the service is poor which honestly is  ctplus take no responsibility. I have had to call numerous times cause the bus is late and no update was text or told to me, in the winter my son has to wait in the cold for however long the bus takes as its always delayed ( my son has chronic lungs disease). I'm tired and emotionally drained as a parent that has tried speaking, email and its all failed , i will not be taking other steps to try get the issues resolved.

It is unprofessional that a service for special needs children is operated so poorly and unprofessional and staff never helps.

If this situation is not sorted I'm strongly thinking about protesting along with other parents in my situation.
