Hi, I'm Nicole T. and I am a breastfeeding mother. I find it extremely difficult to go grocery shopping because 9/10 times, I will need to feed my child. I am a single mother, therefore I shop alone with my child majority of the time. I don't have somebody to push my cart while walking around nursing my child. 

I am petitioning Indiana Government and Major stores to provide a safe/sanitary place for nursing mothers to sit and nurse their children. The federal government made it illegal for employers to make employees pump in bathrooms. Why would they make a nursing mother, feed her child there? 

Majority of the retail stores have fitting rooms. I am petitioning to convert 1-2 of those rooms into nursing rooms. These rooms should have a reclining chair for the mother to be comfortable while nursing.

For stores without fitting rooms, I propose converting a small office room near customer service be converted to a nursing/pumping room. 

Both changing room/customer service room should include a power supply to plug in breastpumps. A nearby sink to rinse pump parts (Not the bathroom)
