Walmart used to provide free shipping to the US Virgin Islands via their "Shipping Pass" program. When Walmart eliminated the "Shipping Pass" program and went to "free" shipping everywhere the new program was not offered to citizens in the US Virgin Islands.. The additional cost of shipping is now added on to a Walmart order and this creates a financial hardship and undo burden for citizens of the US Virgin Islands, a US Territory for over a 100 years.
