I have been fortunate to continue my employment with Walmart during the pandemic.   I believe it is time to leave the masks and vaccine as options of personal responsibility and freedom of choice.  There are many who share my opinion,  afraid to share their thoughts or don't know how to engage this issue.   Unfortunately there will always be threats towards health and well-being.     Individual experience and responsibility will be more productive at solving any future issues.  The masks make customer service a great challenge,  which is something that retail service is predominantly based on.  A covering on the face or plastic facial visor not only make it difficult to breathe,  but based on non scientific evidence.   The masks carries bacteria even  when properly changed.  The face shield can also carry bacteria.  If someone decides to wear a mask,  it should be an article of choice. If someone wants to get the vaccine,  personal choice is best.   Individual freedom of choice makes the associates happy and it only reciprocates favorable outcomes.  Walmart should cease the facial covering for all and leave the responsibility to the associates.
