This is an petition to CEO of Walmart Doug McMillon and the board of directors of Walmart. On behalf of Walmart associates in the United States of America, I am asking that you honor and defend the medical rights of Walmart associates against the overreach of vaccine mandates proposed by the Biden administration pertaining to companies with more than 100 employees. The decision to medicate in any manner should be a choice of the individual, with or without the involvement of said individual's personal physician(s) and not that of the federal government, and associates of Walmart should not fear for the security of their jobs for simply exercising personal freedom of choice regarding medical decisions. It is my plea, and that of many others, for you to consider using your positions as the leaders of America's largest private employer to affect political influence with regards to this issue. The jobs of countless associates representing large swaths of the company's labor force will be in jeopardy should current proposed measures go into effect. It is with great hope that this matter be considered by company leadership.
