To help stop the spread of COVID-19, Walmart should suspend all in store purchases and fulfill only online purchases with outdoor pickup.

Walmart already basically has the online ability to do this since they do it with their groceries in most areas.  People could order their needs online, set a scheduled time to pick up their order and then have a Walmart employee being the order to the persons car.

The reasoning behind this is to stop the spread of this virus.  As I am sure we have all seen, at every Walmart there are tons of people shopping inside of them.  People are bringing their whole family in with them.  Doing that greatly increases the spread of this virus through people that know they are sick or people that don't know but are still contagious.  This jeopardizes both the general public and all of the employees.  By doing the shopping online, only certain employees will be in contact with the general population and can be supplied with PPE.  Without doing this, Walmart will continue to be a hang out for people as it is now.

Walmart has a chance to change the history of retail sales and help save lives.  They just need to hear our voice.
