With the society of today trending more towards uniqueness and showing what you like our clothes are no exception. The shirts we wear, especially that of the younger generations are very commonly full of graphic designs and inspirations. 

The motto of Walmarts dress code is show your true self, but as it stands we aren't allowed to show our true self. Instead we are bullied into searching and buying their branded clothes or extra clothes that we wouldn't wear elsewhere. 

Not only can these shirts often be uncomfortable, but it allows no expression. 

We, as workers, should be allowed the simple freedoms that even a public high school student is allowed to. Not only would this allow for more expression in our work place but it would make working here at Walmart a more favorable option in the eyes of the younger crowd. 

With hoodies, especially in the colder climate areas it's a necessity, especially for outdoor workers. As of this moment most jackets you go and find are going to have hoods and likely some kind of branding, unless you special order something or customize yourself. 

The long and short of this is that with these allowances, you'll allow your workers more freedom, you'll attract more workers, and we'll all be the happier for the change.
