Any other parents that do not support walled lake schools districts remote learning ONLY option I strongly encourage you to voice your opinions whether it be through there facebook, email, or singing this petition. 

Lets get our opinions out there and prove to them how many students educations they are putting at risk with their decision.

75.1% of us parents voted our preference for the school year would be in school learning. 

Why was there even a survey sent out if our voices are left unheard?

Walled Lake consolidated school district are completely unrealistic with their decision to start the school year off with remote learning being the only option until “at least” October 30th. 

It is irrational to think that every family has the time (and access) to make remote learning successful in their household. 

Do they just expect us parents to throw our careers away and quit our job to be a full time stay at home parent/teacher for “at least” 2 months? I don’t see that as an option!

Can the school district please explain to me how they expect a two income household, or a single parent household to be successful with remote learning? 

They are taking away our Children’s access to a real education. End of story.
