WALL STREET: Make the 'Fearless Girl' facing the Charging Bull Permanent

To create change we must be bold this International Women's Day.
Nearly 60 percent of corporate boards across the US are less than 15 percent women. in 2016, 55% of Canadian companies had at least one female director, up 6 per cent from 2015. 45%of Canadian companies did not have a single woman.
Having the Fearless Girl remain on Wall Street across from the Charging Bull will keep top of mind the under representation of woman on Corporate Governance Board and in leadership roles across Corporations in North America.
An MSCI study suggested companies with strong female leadership generated a return on equity of 10.1 percent per year, versus 7.4 percent for those without a critical mass of women at the top.
Lets come together this International Women's Day and demand that the Fearless Girl remain on Wall Street to remind all corporate leaders about their responsibility to have both strong strong, effective and independent board leadership as well as promote women to senior leadership roles.
