The undersigned residents are opposed to the Long Beach Zoning Board of Appeals granting a variance to 618 West Walnut Street, Section 59, Block, 14, lots 15, for an addition of a 2nd kitchen and a 2nd off street parking. The granting of this variance would effectively allow the construction of a 2 family house in the Walks. This would be a detriment to the Walks neighborhood/community. This would be a detriment because it would negatively effect the already stressed parking situation, infrastructure, density, overcrowding and quality of life in the walks.
