My medically fragile daughter was traumatized and separated from me her mom during a hospital stay, because we wanted to exercise our patient rights. 

My daughter has an immune deficiency , anxiety , disassociate disorder (from this experience), and epilepsy. 

I Toni Fields have followed all the recommendations suggested by wake county foster care services and they still refuse the reunification, they are falsified documents and much more concerns I have. My child has been trying to commit suicide every since they separated us. The county is covering this up and continuing the  traumatizing of my child with the foster care program.  My child does not deserve this treatment. I have another child in the home no concerns for him , all this because of me advocating for my daughters medical rights to a less invasive procedure. 

Please sign thus petition to help bring attention to this faulty foster care program and the under qualified people put in position to make it hard for children to be reunified.

My daughter has had health issues since she was 2 years old. This has been a tough journey but she has tried her best to stay strong. This is a innocent child why is this case being handled in this manner.
