Please consider signing this petition. It is an undue financial burden on the people that are affected by Hurricanes.

Trying to rebuild their homes and their life. Many without flood insurance. Trying to do  the right thing and rebuild according to building codes. Any county permitting fees should be waived. Sure it may only be “couple of hundred dollars” for this permit and that one but if you are already teetering on the brink of financial ruin it can make a big difference.
