Record all Wagoner city meetings and publish minutes online.

Expanding the published agenda of all Wagoner City board meetings, including but not limited to City Council, Economic Developement Board, WPWA, Fire Dept, Hospital Board, to further explain each line item. Including but not limited to: all manual warrants and all subsequent line items in the agenda.
Each and every line item to include company or individuals name, location (local or out of town), reason for decision, associations, need, what the benefit is to the town, who proposed said line item.
All agenda topics will be clear and only those agenda topics as exactly stated in said agenda will be addressed. No changes will be made in session without further publication to the citizens of said changes.
To record said meetings for online publication. To publish all meeting minutes before revision and after.
These additions and changes will help further city transparency and help the citizens of the city of Wagoner be more involved and knowledgable about what their city leaders are using their money toward.
One small change could make a world of difference.
