WA Department of Transport has cancelled Pinjarra Post Office's ability to process the auspost BillPay (simple bar coded) DOT transactions. This means that with effect from 10th August 2021 all DOT vehicle registrations and license renewals etc will have to be paid at Murray House in Pinjarra, causing the following problems:-

• Less choice and potentially longer wait times for these transactions - this means less convenience for our customers.
• Higher commissions paid for these simple transactions via DOT - which ultimately affects the cost of regos etc.
• Loss of income to us as your local Post Office - which will reduce our ability to provide our many services to the town.

For the past 10+ years customers have had the option to pay these simple transactions on the Post Office Billpay system - the loss of this service is bad news for you and means less support for your local Post Office.

If you are not happy with this situation, please sign this petition and demand that this decision is reversed, that customers can have the choice of where to pay these bills and that your local Post Office is supported.
