Superannuation needs to be paid on all hours worked, not just standard time.
I work 84 hours in one week and only get paid 38hrs Superannuation because they class the balance as overtime!
If i work 2 weeks worth of work in 1 then i should be paid 2 weeks worth of Superannuation.
This is the big companies ripping us all off and only paying Superannuation on normal time!.
Its wrong and needs to change immediately.
Superannuation needs to be paid on your total income, you work it, you deserve it.
