Stop Cheating Customer - PAYTM

Over the years Paytm has been cheating and duping customer by selling fake, duplicate, defective and used products. There have been end number of times when PAYTM does a propoganda with fake pricing and fake listing. Most of us have been a prey to this. We place the order for the product with all enthusiasm and finally towards the end of the day we get a message saying the seller cannot fulfill the order and has cancelled the same. Many a times the product gets delivered but the same looks used or defective. On raising claim with paytm, they give cliche replies saying claim cannot be entertained. Neither do we get replacement for the product nor do we get refund for the product. Educated people like us can atleast mail to consumer forums to get justice but think of the society where there is housewives, and other people who are not that much capable to write to consumer forums to get justice. I am a prey to paytm. I ordered an item from paytm and initial the order got cancelled saying the seller is unable to ship the product since the same is out of stock. But to my surprise I see that the same seller is selling the same product at a higher price in paytm. Paytm did not have any answer to my mails. I rebooked the item at a higher price and finally I got a defective item. Now paytm is not ready to replace the item or issue me a refund. Multiple mails have been written to their CEO, Mr Vijay Shekar and COO, Mr Amit Sinha but there was no response and no action was taken. Paytm care has been the worst customer care with whom I have dealt it, who has no resolution in hand.

Normally all e-retailers are customer centric but PAYTM really don't care for customer. This petition is against paytm to stop harassing their customers and to prioritise customer by providing them satisfactory resolution.
