Hello, I am XcoolminecrafterX and have been part of this community for two years. My experiences over the years have been quite pleasant, excitingly getting ready to come in-game for a new Permanent Death Event. However, recent developments within the Staff Team have ruined the experiences of many, causing a rapid decrease in activity overall, with the quality of the game plummeting as well.

Because of these recent circumstances, I have chosen to create a petition, a certain vote of no confidence if you will. This vote of no confidence strives to reform the Staff Team from the top-down, removing Draude from his post as Head of Staff. The Staff Team has degraded into a bureaucratic system, where Draude functions as the middle-man for any requests or suggestions of reform. A handful of people, one or two, have their claws deeply buried into the positive progression of this game and have caused the activity and community to stagnate for months.

Hard work has been left dismissed and unattended, continuous promises left in the dark and people from the Staff Team have been removed for voicing their thoughts. It is time that new, fresh blood takes the ship's wheel and decentralizes the many responsibilities and tasks into the hands of Staff Members and the Lore Team that have been specifically trained to carry out these duties for the community. Authority and leadership are encouraged; micromanaging and centralizing responsibilities in the hands of a few is not.
