In Arnold Missouri, Jefferson County, a proposed 150 unit Arnold Apartments being built between houses located on Old Lemay Ferry Rd and Katie Court. (Roughly 10 acres.)   There is currently a 100 unit apartments being built at the corner of Vogel and Miller Rds. and across Vogel, a 60 unit condo complex, and at Vogel and Old Lemay Ferry, a gas station.  The Arnold area can not handle this .  I raise the following points:  roads  will not be able to handle traffic, limit sight at intersections, water run off,  who will pay for any road improvements, traffic controls, how will this affect Simpson and Seckman schools with 300 plus living in 2 complexes built within a year, the schools will have to expand, (bond issues for the buildings and tax increases for the staffing), will EMS and fire district have adequate protection for this many new people and a 3 story living units, can Jefferson County law enforcement provide adequate protection for this influx in population in such a short period of time?  

I would like to get a petition started to stop this 3rd apartment complex.  Thank you.
