I cross the intersection of Melbourne Road/The Avenue heading east, just after The Avenue sliplane at the lights everyday to take my dog to Donald W McLean Reserve and everyday multiple cars fail to give way.
Surely i'm not the only one, however for change to occur I need more proof from our local community that this intersection is hazardous.

I have told the council and VICROADS, neither are interested and VICROADS even stated that 'Because there has been no recorded accident's or incidentes [they] are unable to instigate change' 

I'm asking for a flashing pedestrain light to make it clear for drivers that this is infact a pedestraian crossing
