Hi my name is Aumont Smith from Voodoo #1 and I have a problem with the new music policy. I find it specifically targets hip hop , r&b , and black culture specically and being the only African American at my store I feel racially discriminated against. I've talked to other minority employees from voodoo #1 and #2 and they feel the company has slacked and brushed away alot of problems. This matter is one that I feel attacks my race directly and I feel disrespected coming to work knowing my music and my culture is unaccepted.
